For this role, we seek a professional who would be able to identify appropriate usability evaluation approaches and to conduct formative and summative usability studies for product updates and modifications. The role also involves independent reviews, evaluation of design approaches, identification of potential user errors and their causes. Furthermore, you will provide support to colleagues in implementing the usability process and will be accountable for conducting independent reviews of usability documents relevant for approval and compliance with valid standards.

We are expecting you to have profound knowledge and experience in quality management systems with a focus on usability engineering needs as well as:

• Prior experience working on large-scale complex user-centered product development;
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. IEC62366-1 and FDA Guidance on Human Factors or similar);
• Experience with a quality management system, including creating and managing controlled documents;
• Very good communication, planning and prioritization skills;
• Professional knowledge of English language.
