Test Automation Engineer (Platform Tools)
Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Join our Platform Unit in the Medical Division, where innovation meets impact. As part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of core software solutions that power a range of life-saving medical products—including lung ventilators, anesthesia systems, and neonatal incubators.
To uphold the highest standards of stability and quality, our Test Automation Engineers play a key role in building and advancing automated testing frameworks that ensure these critical systems perform reliably in real-world clinical environments.
Work
Key areas of responsibility for this position include:
- Design and implement maintainable test architectures using established test design methods
- Evaluate, implement, validate and document SW test tools
- Document test tool environments and infrastructure
- Develop automated software test methods
- Support SW development in the analysis of test results
- Support SW development and Tester to improve system design and test documentation from a testing perspective
- Improve the quality of systems and software products
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications and experience:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience of software development in Python
- Capability at least to read C++ software
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash and Groovy scripting
- Proficient with Git
- Experience with Linux especially with user role and/or developer role
- Knowledge of PIT, Air Boy, and run time analysis tools would be considered as a plus
- A collaborative team player with an open and communicative nature, analytical thinking who can work independently and with attention to details
- Experience in software development for embedded is a plus
- Knowledge of VxWorks is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
