As a Tech People/Talent AcquisitionPartner you will be directly responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and for ensuring top-tier candidates and new hire experience at QuaDigi. Your focus will be on attracting, selecting, and securing the best tech talent to support our ambitious growth.
Tech People Partner role includes full ownership of the recruitment process – from proactive sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding. So, networking and building long-lasting relationships with candidates will be crucial. At the same time, you will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping assess team needs, define role requirements and select the best-fit candidates.
In addition to recruitment, you’ll be involved in enhancing the broader employee journey. Our People Partners (HR) team contributes to performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communication, and compensation & benefits, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and supports retention.
