Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

You will join our People Partners team seeking to achieve a shared company goal - to become a leading software development and testing hub in the area. As a Tech People/Talent AcquisitionPartner you will be directly responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and for ensuring top-tier candidates and new hire experience at QuaDigi. Your focus will be on attracting, selecting, and securing the best tech talent to support our ambitious growth.

Work

Tech People Partner role includes full ownership of the recruitment process – from proactive sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding. So, networking and building long-lasting relationships with candidates will be crucial. At the same time, you will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping assess team needs, define role requirements and select the best-fit candidates.  

In addition to recruitment, you’ll be involved in enhancing the broader employee journey. Our People Partners (HR) team contributes to performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communication, and compensation & benefits, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and supports retention.  

For this position we are expecting you to:  

  • Be a team player with a people-oriented work approach  
  • Have at least few years of experience in recruitment field, ideally in a high-tech or high-growth environment  
  • Have experience hiring software and/or hardware engineers across different roles and levels  
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian  
  • Be confident in developing, implementing and maintaining effective and scalable recruitment and other HR processes  
  • Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations  
  • Foster and promote company culture through hiring and onboarding practices  
  • Have knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation – this would be an advantage  
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
