Team leadership will include frequent communication with stakeholders as well as close support of current engineering team. You would also take part in technical discussions, so it would be great to have some sort of software development background or at least general IT projects management understanding, in order to speak "same language". It is also very important to encourage best engineering practices within the team - like peer reviews, keeping up with design and code development standards etc. For this position, we are looking for a Team Lead who has prior experience working on a large-scale projects/team as well as:  

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects or Software development teams
• Strong understanding of process / project management methodologies, including Agile Scrum
• Leading and developing teams with a people-focused approach
• Managing various team member requests and addressing them in a timely manner
• Supporting the company’s internal projects or guiding the team through organizational changes
• Thriving in high-complexity environments with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Being a great communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Monitoring and coordinating the status of the project
• Helping the team to plan work packages effectively
• Possessing fluent English skills
• Having experience with medical products or applications would be considered as a big plus.
