Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

Join our Medical Platform team, where your work will directly contribute to the development of life-enhancing medical products. You’ll collaborate closely with our Tools and Product Cybersecurity teams, ensuring that third-party tools meet security standards. Where needed, you’ll also develop custom internal tools and create integrations between the tools (i.e. Black Duck, OWASP Threat Dragon, IBM DOORs, Wiz, etc.) to support product and business needs from a cybersecurity perspective.

Work

It would involve designing and developing internal tools that support product development and lifecycle management within our medical division. Also, you will maintain, update, and patch open-source applications used throughout the division, ensuring their security and reliability. Part of your job would be information gathering from badly accessible sources until an automation can be created.

For this position, we are looking for a Software Engineer who would have a foundational computer science knowledge, as well as:

  • Experience with Python (with a focus on scripting APIs, and processing JSON)
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS and HTTP-based REST APIs
  • SCM-based development workflows, especially Git
  • Experience using AI tools both during development, but also as building blocks of the final product (e.g. writing Claude Code “skills”)
  • Familiar with security engineering, especially knowledge about vulnerability management would be a plus
  • Experience generating documents from templates (i.e. Pandoc, Jinja templates, LaTex) also would be considered a plus
  • Experience running and building Docker containers would be a plus
  • Experience with JavaScript in frontend & backend (i.e. Vue.js and NodeJS) would be a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
