Software Engineer (Industrial IoT, C#)
Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.
Project
In this project you will support the platform team which works on modular and expandable evaluation system for monitoring of various gases and vapors. This evaluation system is suitable for a variety of different transmitters. Smart Safety solutions over a cloud-based system allow for faster data transfer, flexibility and transparency even for short-term projects or in case of incidents.
Work
It would involve agile software development, pair programming, code reviews, unit tests, etc. For this position we are looking for a software developer who follows clean code as well as IoT and/or IIoT general principles.
We would also appreciate prior experience working on a large-scale complex design projects as well as:
- Software development experience with .Net, C#
- Working experience with Azure cloud or other cloud solutions
- Familiar with Linux
- Hand-on experience with CI, pipelines, Docker would be a plus
- Experience with communication protocols (i.e. some of TCP/IP, serial, WiFi, BLE) would be a plus
- Experience with Linux Yocto or Azure IoT Edge would be considered as a plus
- A collaborative team player with an open and communicative nature, analytical thinking who would be willing to deep dive into either OS or backend topics
As a part of a international team, this person should also be able to freely communicate in English.
