Senior Software Engineer (C#) | Gas Detection
Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.
Project
In this project, you will join an international team developing a new generation personal area gas monitoring device enabling direct to cloud connectivity. These gas detection solutions are designed to detect, measure, monitor, and respond to the presence of gases in real time - helping to protect the lives of industrial workers and safeguard the environment.
Work
You would take the lead for our Cloud Infrastructure project. Main job is to move it forward: drive the cloud topics, get them into production, and keep them there at a quality level you define and defend, as well as keeping technical decisions transparent to stakeholders.
For this position we are looking for a seasoned C# engineer who has prior experience working on complex, large-scale software projects as well as:
- Strong experience with C# and modern .Net (preferably .Net 10)
- Experience building Web API using ASP.NET core
- Experience with messaging protocols and serialization technologies (e.g. MQTT, Google Protobuf)
- Hands on experience with Docker
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Key Vault, Azure Event Hubs, or similar technologies would be a plus
- Strong communication skills and experience driving technical initiatives, including planning, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with Product Owners
- A quality-focused mindset and experience defining and maintaining technical and delivery standards
As a part of an international team, this person should also be able to freely communicate in English.
