Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.  In this position you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.

Work

Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive culture and an organized, safe, and welcoming office environment. You'll manage procurement, ensuring the office is stocked within budget, and track goods and deliveries. Coordination with engineering and logistics for timely shipments and managing supplier relationships, deadlines, and contracts will also be key.

Additionally, you'll organize smaller company events, catering, and promotional materials. Collaboration with Finance, HR, and Engineering will be essential for smooth operations and overall company success. Your proactive and hands-on approach will be crucial for effective operations.

Other requirements include:

  • Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English is essential, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a related field
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A valid drivers license is required to manage errands, deliveries, and other transportation needs if necessary
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Work with BSS IT system would be a plus
  • Ability to anticipate and solve issues quickly, keeping operations running smoothly
