Lead Software Engineer (C#/C++)
Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.
Project
The Alarm Management System is an advanced surveillance solution that provides medical personnel with accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information about all aspects of a medical gas supply system.
Work
Team is currently developing a next generation alarm monitoring device for the global market and desktop application for devices configuration.
Your Responsibilities would be:
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle
- Support and contribute to requirements engineering activities
- Support the development and maintenance of software architecture and other documentation in alignment with the company product development process, which is compliant with medical device regulatory standards
- Participate in hands-on software development, including code implementation with C# and C++, investigations and code reviews
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in C# and/or C++ development
- Proven experience in software documentation and contributing to software architecture
- Strong technical leadership abilities and experience in organizing development work and proactiveness in cross-team collaboration
- Passion for and hands-on experience with embedded software development
- Practical experience working with RTOS environments would be a big plus
- Knowledge of STM32 microcontrollers considered as a plus
- Experience in developing automated tests
- Proficiency with development tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
